Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG). Our services are primarily aimed at businesses.

Note: the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) was discontinued on 20 July 2025; a link to it is therefore no longer required.
